AMMAN / DEAD SEA (NOV 2–4)

We land in Amman and get to know the city – a modern Arab capital closely intertwined with history and culture. Here we encounter both the old and the new Middle East, through streets, markets and historical sites.

We visit, among other things, the citadel and the Norwegian embassy, and gain insight into Norway's role in the region.

We then travel to the Dead Sea and experience the landscape at the lowest point on earth.

JERUSALEM (NOV 5-6)

We visit some of the world's most important religious sites: the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Here we experience how three world religions meet – and how history still shapes life today.

Through meetings and walks, we gain insight into how people live in a city with great political and religious significance.
