At Oslo Folkehøgskole you get more than what your course offers. We have a variety of subjects and activities where students with different interests and experiences meet.
In common subjects, seminars and events where everyone participates, you will meet relevant speakers, experience new things and be challenged on your own perspectives. Here you will get to know yourself better while learning more about the world around you.
Saturday is a highlight
– also at folk high schools. Then we gather for seminars where you get to participate in various activities and meet inspiring people. You will be introduced to a wide range of topics and get tools that strengthen you in taking your place in the community and in your own life.
Program evenings
All the lines help create a joint program for the school. Each class fills an evening with content that they want. In addition, the school arranges gatherings and party evenings on various occasions. These are the evenings you will remember long after the folk high school year is over.
Morning gathering
The morning gatherings are about more than just getting up. We start the day together, with clear and engaged adults sharing their own experiences. It provides space for reflection and inspiration that you can take with you throughout the day.

Noen utvalgte dager og kvelder i løpet av året drar vi ut for å oppleve og utforske byen i fellesskap. Vi drar på fotballkamp på Ullevål, opplever ballett på Operaen, drar sammen på teater og opplever festivalen by:Larm. For å nevne noe.
