You will have a varied everyday life with a focus on improving your technical and tactical football skills. We spend a lot of our time on the Myrerjordet pitch, a heated artificial turf pitch right next door. Football training is combined with analysis and strength and endurance training.

You will have the opportunity to take coaching courses if you wish. We work closely with partner clubs on both the player and coach side.

The teaching is mainly practical and we spend most of our time on the training field. We also have sessions in the gym to become faster, stronger and more mobile. Some of the teaching is theoretical to provide insight into nutrition, injury prevention and sports psychology, and we analyze football matches to improve tactically.

We focus on football, but are also interested in building the team. We have tournaments with the rest of the sports section, go to cageball, and use Oslo's many activity options to create variety throughout the year.

The students in top football play in clubs in Oslo and the surrounding area. KFUM, Skeid and Kjelsås are some of the many clubs we collaborate with.

We go to the stadium and watch matches in the elite league, and go to international matches at Ullevål. We use stadiums like KFUM arena, Intility arena and Olympiatoppen to train and play matches ourselves.

We benefit from the sports professional environment in the capital and also receive visits from current sports profiles at the school.

The line is suitable for those who want to focus on football and who are committed to the sport. You should be motivated to train - your body must withstand a good amount of training per week. We want you as a player to have played at least 5th division football or 2nd division junior. For girls, we want at least 3rd division or 2nd division junior.
