This course is all about practical learning. There will be trial and error, personal experience, interaction and lots of time for play. You will also receive specific instruction and training, especially in the more technical sports.   

Most of the teaching takes place in the school hall and gym, but we are also outside the school a lot and use what the surroundings and the city have to offer. Some topics, such as diet and recovery, will have more theoretical teaching.

Every week we have a day off where we are not on the school grounds. Then we take advantage of Oslo's wide range of sports facilities. We go climbing at Skullerud and Torshov, disc golf courses at Ekeberg and Holmenkollen, ski center at Tryvann, beach volleyball and tennis at Abox, athletics track at the sports academy, ice skating at Skeidbanen and curling at Snarøya, etc.

This is the line for those who enjoy variety and a wide range of sports, but can also imagine a focus on strength and endurance training. You do not need to have a specific skill level - only motivation and willingness to train, compete and seek development and sports joy.
